Cheryl began working with LVM Systems in 2005 as a Client Services
Assistant. Soon thereafter, due to her strong teaching skills, she became a Training Specialist. Since joining
the training team, Cheryl has successfully trained over 400 call center staff members. Today, Cheryl manages both
the Training & Clinical Content teams in her role as Manager, Client Services. As part of her responsibilities,
Cheryl works with the Client Advisory Committee and also oversees all aspects of our Annual Users’ Conference.
During the implementation process, Cheryl’s team works with new clients to identify standard LVM reports designed
to meet their needs. Post “Go Live,” Cheryl then provides ongoing assistance to clients relative to their
successful use of LVM’s call center solutions.
