Richard joined LVM Systems in 2006 after 12 years as the IT manager and software developer for a local independent telephone company. He brings with him a wide range of telecom, web, and IT experience. This includes writing software and developing solutions for installing, integrating, and maintaining telephony systems.

Richard oversees the web development department including WebLink and the IT department. He has developed the PSE-TTR and the T-PSE (text messaging) addons for LVM's Centaurus products.
