Tracy has worked for over a decade in the areas of client support and staff development. For the past few years, as a Team Lead in the Support Department at LVM, Tracy has successfully focused his team on completing their assigned requests while maintaining a strong emphasis on Client Satisfaction. Tracy recently completed his Bachelor’s Degree at Arizona State University in Operations Management Technology. As the Manager of the Support Department, Tracy is responsible for overseeing the successful completion of all client requests for custom screens, reports, and routines. This includes evaluating the requests for completeness, determining their needed resources, assigning them to appropriate staff and managing their ongoing status.
