TTR: What is it?
Touch Tone Response (TTR) automates communication to and from patients, offloading
calls that do not require ‘live’ interaction. Using LVM’s Centaurus software as the sole
data source, the TTR application delivers messages to and gathers data from patients via a touch tone telephone. The most common uses are:
- Surveys and data gathering
- Reminders and outbound messages
- Education delivery and tracking
The Benefits
TTR saves the staff time and wages that would be required to administer surveys, data
collection, outbound reminder calls or brief counseling sessions. It’s available to receive
data 24x7. The outbound function is typically programmed to contact patients and
