The Implementation Process
For each client implementation, LVM establishes a custom plan available in MS Project and PDF format, so that both parties can track progress toward the “go live” date. During initial contacts, the implementation plan is tailored to address individual client business needs and desired timelines.
Technical Set-up
The LVM development staff are also available to discuss the configuration of MS-SQL and
installation of Centaurus.
Data Conversion (One-Time Fee)
If you have an existing software product, LVM works closely with you to convert records and profile data from your prior system. Data testing and review are an integral part of this service.
Interfaces
If you would like LVM’s software to interface with other data systems, the
LVM team will work with you to identify file layouts and the preferred send/receive systems and then write and test
interface(s) desired. LVM has the internal expertise to assist with batch interfaces, export and import routines and
also HL-7 interfaces. See the HL-7 section under Optional, Fee-based Services.
Custom Reports and Letters
The LVM Support team takes your custom report designs and creates the custom reports
and letters within Centaurus.
Client Education (see Phase One Training)
LVM conducts the initial training with key client representatives. This process results in customization of software screens to match client needs.
System Build Out
Your staff begins loading profiles, editing content (if necessary), setting site defaults in preparation for user training and call processing.
User Training (see Phase Two Training)
LVM staff come onsite to provide end-user training in call processing. Clinical training is also available, if appropriate.
