All screens, tables, and data fields within Centaurus can be moved, added, deleted or renamed to provide you with
precisely the call flow and data capture you need to best serve your customers.
During implementation, the LVM team customizes the Centaurus screens to your specifications and also creates all the reports you need for managing your call center and communicating your value to stakeholders.
Custom reports
The library of 2000+ standard reports can be modified to include additional data or different formatting OR you can
design new reports to meet your unique needs. LVM will help you with this, or do it for you. Every organization
receives a generous monthly allotment of custom reports and surveys.
