Administrative Training
Duration – Average Administrative Training is 4 hours. This may vary based on your scope of services.
Pre-requisite – None

Administrative Training is designed for Managers and/or Super Users who will be setting up and maintaining the system. This training is included in Phase I Training. This training consists of Users Setup, Tables Setup, Defaults Setup, Data Audits and much more.

Introduction to Reporting
Duration – Average Intro to Reporting class is 4 hours. This may vary based on your scope of services.
Pre-requisite – None

The Intro to Reporting class can be combined with other types of training (e.g., Technical Training or Administrative Training). This session is for those who are new to using the Centaurus Reporting Tool.

Intermediate Reporting
Duration – Average Intermediate Reporting class is 2 days. This may vary based on your scope of services.
Pre-requisite – Must be familiar with all items covered in Intro to Reporting Class.

This class is designed for Super Users who are familiar with the Centaurus Reporting Tool and want to learn how to make simple modifications to their reports. This training is only offered at the LVM Offices or via Web Training.

Advanced Reporting
Duration – Average Advanced Reporting class is 1 ½ days. This may vary based on your scope of services.
Pre-requisite – Must be proficient in all aspects of Intro to Reporting and Intermediate Reporting classes. Programming experience preferred.

This class is designed for experienced, more technical Super Users or IT personnel. This training is only offered at the LVM Offices or via Web
Training.

Advanced Graphing in Reports
Duration – Average Advanced Graphing in Reports class is 4 hours. This may vary based on your scope of services.
Pre-requisite – Must be proficient in all aspects of the Advanced Reporting class.

This class is designed for experienced, more technical Super Users or IT personnel. This training is only offered at the LVM Offices or via Web Training.

Technical Training
Duration – Average Technical Training class is 1 day. This may vary based on your scope of services.
Pre-requisite – Must be an Centaurus Super User, Manager or Call Center IT Support. Must be proficient in using Centaurus and Running Reports.

Technical Training is designed for Managers, Super Users and IT personnel who will be performing data maintenance in Centaurus, installing customizations, and troubleshooting problems. This training is only offered at the LVM Offices or via Web Training.

Clinical Training
Triage call centers often elect to schedule Clinical Training for their nursing staff. Provided by triage expert Kelli Massaro, RN (who also works at Denver After Hours Call Center), this offering focuses on the triage process and protocols. From an overall philosophy of triage to the nuts and bolts of protocols, the course is a wonderful primer for the triage process. It also provides specific insights to the logic and unique strengths of the Schmitt / Thompson protocols.

Refresher Training
Whether you need to orient new staff, or just need to re-familiarize yourself with different modules within Centaurus, the LVM Trainers will customize a class to meet your needs.
