Training Overview
LVM offers a variety of training possibilities which can be combined and customized to meet your needs.
During the new client implementation process, LVM offers Phase I and Phase II Training. Phase I Training is conducted at LVM Systems, in Mesa, Arizona, and is designed for Managers and Super Users. Phase II Training is done at your site and provides train-the-trainer or end user training. Phase II Training is tailored to your call flow, while utilizing your data and custom screens.
Additional training is available for new users, refresher courses or advanced training. LVM provides a variety of reporting classes to enhance your use of the software. Administrative and Technical Training is also available for Managers, IT Staff or Database Administrators.
Small descriptions of the offered trainings, along with any pre-requisites, are listed in the corresponding sections. Please contact the LVM Training Department for more detailed class descriptions and costs.
Duration – Average Phase I Training is 2 days. This may vary based on your scope of services.Phase I Training consists of Administrative Training, Intro to Reports, Database Setup, Data Maintenance and Call Processing. Those individuals responsible for setting up and maintaining the software are encouraged to attend (Director, Call Center Manager, Super Users and/or Database Analyst). No more than 5 Users may attend this training.
Duration – Average Phase II Training is 2 – 3 days. This may vary based on your scope of services and the number of users being trained, as well as whether the training is done as train-the-trainer or end user training.
Phase II Training consists of all aspects of your call processes, as well as other tasks within Centaurus as desired by the client site (e.g. print fulfillment, report generation, etc). No more than 6 Users are allowed to attend each session at a time.
Reports Training is designed for users with all levels of expertise in Centaurus. These courses offer users the ability to learn all aspects of reports, from simply navigating the screens to creating customized reports.
