Designed for experienced Call Center Managers and Super Users, the University of LVM training focuses on maximizing the opportunities available within Centaurus. Each session's agenda focuses on high-interest aspects of the software and its applications, such as maximizing your reporting options and creating surveys. This annual training occurs every spring, usually in April. Simply choose the days and topics of greatest interest to you. We can accommodate 10 students per session, no more than two per organization.
The University of LVM will focus on Surveys and Reporting in Centaurus. We offer classes for all levels of expertise: Survey Setup, Intro to Reporting, Intermediate Reporting and Advanced Reporting.
